Real Customer Service Starts After You Move In”… That’s the motto of our Dogwood Homes Customer Care Department. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Your new Dogwood Home is backed by a one year Home Builders’ Association of Louisville warranty. Here’s how it works:
  • At closing, you will be given an Emergency Contact List for emergency warranty repairs. This list includes the phone numbers of your electrician, plumber, heating and air contractor, roofer, appliance vendor, flooring vendor, and basement contractor, if applicable. If an emergency repair occurs, you should call these people directly.

  • For non-emergency warranty repairs, our Customer Care department will come out twice in your one year warranty period, at your request. You will be given two housecall requests at closing. The first one can be submitted between 3-6 months, and the second one after 10 months, right before your warranty time expires. We will contact you after receiving the requests, and set up a time to meet and go over any concerns you may have.

  • In addition to the one year HBAL warranty, you also have manufacturers’ warranties that apply to your home. Many of these go above and beyond the one year warranty. You will also be given information on these at your closing.

So rest assured, we will stand behind the home we have built for you. You can feel safe knowing that your investment is protected.
