Seven Easy Steps:

• Step One: Choose your neighborhood, your lot, and your floor plan with the help your Dogwood Homes Realty Group agent.


• Step Two: Get preapproved with our preferred lenders and take advantage of our monthly sales promotion, or use the lender of your choice.


• Step Three: Sign your contract


• Step Four: Meet with our Design Coordinator who will assist you in selecting the color choices for your new home, making it just the way you always imagined.


• Step Five: Once your home is framed, meet with the Construction Superintendent to review your construction choices so we know exactly what you want.


• Step Six: When your home is complete, you will have a walkthrough to ensure everything meets with your satisfaction. If anything needs attention or correction, you will have a final walkthrough with your superintendent just prior to closing to re-inspect your home.


• Step Seven: Attend the closing and receive keys to your new home!
